1GM / Sr.GM / AVP Project
● Analytical Skills: Must be good at planning for large-scale, multi-step projects.
● Decision Making: Must make lots of decisions, such as picking subcontractors, material’s selection, etc.
● Management Skills: As a Leader, must lead their teams, and keep them motivated and focused on the job.
● Communication: Good writing and speaking skills are needed when communicating with employees, writing proposals, subcontractors, procuring materials and dealing with clients.
● Technical Skills: Must know construction methodologies, should be able to understand the drawings and understand other technical aspects of construction.
● Should be updated with the latest technologies used in the Construction industry.
● Time-Management: Deadlines are crucial in construction. Making sure that everything is on time and moving smoothly is a critical part of the job.
● IT Skills: Should have proficiency in MS-Office, Auto CAD, MSP or any other software required in the construction field.
● Should have updates about the competitors.

2Sr.Engineer /Asst.Manager/Dy.Manager/Manager
● B. Tech Civil or DCE with 10 + years of experience in High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings.
● Preparation of standard quantities for all activities as per GFC drawing.
● Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly planning and progress report.
● Preparation of monthly budget report based on monthly schedule.
● Preparation of PRW, running account bills of Sub-Contractor and NMR bills for every fort night as per the work-order.
● Responsible for getting building plans and floor plans from respective departments.
● Responsible for reviewing drawings from AUTO CAD and work out quantities
● Calculating the quantity of constituent materials from drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items
● Preparation of bar bending schedule
● Preparing client billing including taking daily measurement of works
● Certifying the monthly and fortnight vendor bills by quantifying the progress of various activities at site along with the cost incurred for the particular period

3Legal Head
Qualified LLB graduate with10+ years of experience in Infra or Construction companies
● Should have knowledge of drafting & vetting skills of Sale deeds, agreement of Sales, General power of Attorney, Joint development agreements, verification of Title deeds and all other concerned documents.
● Should have knowledge in drafting & vetting of MOUs, Affidavits, Joint Venture agreements, Sub-contract agreements, Lease Deeds, Work orders.
● Closely engage with fellow Advocates / counterparts/stakeholders to advise timely action by the core group – real estate and construction industry, RERA filings, oversee compliance and support.
● Co-ordination the Revenue Dept.
● Drafting of suits related to criminal/labour/consumer disputes.
● Due diligence - in legal / corporate matters, property / business acquisitions
● Should possess good computer knowledge in MS-Office.
