02 Nos. – HO & Nanakramguda - B. Tech Civil or DCE with 5 to 10 + years of experience in High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings.

  • Preparation of standard quantities for all activities as per GFC drawing.
  • Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly planning and progress report.
  • Preparation of monthly budget report based on monthly schedule.
  • Preparation of PRW, running account bills of Sub-Contractor.
  • Responsible for getting building plans and floor plans from respective departments.
  • Responsible for reviewing drawings from AUTO CAD and work out quantities.
  • Calculating the quantity of constituent materials from drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items.
  • Preparation of bar bending schedule.
  • Preparing client billing including taking daily measurement of works.
  • Certifying the monthly and fortnight vendor bills by quantifying the progress of various activities at site along with the cost incurred for the particular period.

01 No. – HO – B.Arch / M.Arch with 2 to 5 years of experience in High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings. Having knowledge in Revit Software would be an added advantage.

  • Preparation of conceptual drawings.
    Preparation of presentation drawings.
  • Preparation of working drawings.
  • Preparing estimation and specification.
  • Coordinating with structural, govt. departments and architectural agencies.
  • Site visits and co coordinating with the Project In charges.
  • Maintaining client relations and interacting with them.

(Specialized in Finishing Works)

B. Tech Civil or DCE with 10 to 14 years of experience in High Rise Residential or Commercial Buildings in Hyderabad location.

  • Responsible for overall construction management, quality assurance and administration of the contracts under the project.
  • Supervise the construction activity appropriately, implementation of work as per design.
  • Contract management and Performance Monitoring of the contractors.
    Prepare a construction supervision schedule with timing and resources identified.
  • Monitor the construction method by assessing the adequacy of the contractors input materials, labour, equipment and construction methods.
  • Furnish the detailed construction drawings as necessary during continuance of the contract.
  • Assist third party inspections, if necessary.
  • Assist in interim and final certification of the bills of payment.
  • Support in preparing Project Completion Report and progress reports.
  • Resolve contractual issue during implementation.
  • IT Skills: Should have proficiency in MS-Office, Auto CAD or any other software required in the construction field.

  • Using programs such as Google Analytics to compile regular performance reports.
  • Assisting the content team in the creation of high quality, informative SEO content.
  • The creation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies for clients in various industries.
  • Occasionally contributing to the company blog.
  • Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies.
  • Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes.
  • Using programming language to ensure the site is easy to access and use for visitors.
  • Creating PPC (Pay-per-click) campaigns to boost company revenue via online ads.
  • Continually checking rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvements if necessary.
  • Keep up to date with the algorithm changes set by search engines, particularly Google, to ensure your client’s websites don’t suffer dramatic falls in traffic.
  • Work with developers to make technical recommendations.
  • Engage in tasks such as link building and participating in community interactions on social media or blogs.
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Experience with computer-aided design.
